I just might be rubbing off on my 6 year old son...he came to me last weekend and asked if we could eat our dinner outside on the back deck. So after much cleaning and scrubbing of said deck he then decided that it would be nice if we set the table and had a special dinner ready for when Dad got home...this is how he set the table for us. He picked some roses from the garden and I supplied all the items.

I think he did a pretty fabulous job.

Your table setting is just lovely. Your young man did a fine job indeed. I hope you all enjoyed your special outside dinner.

That is so lovely, I love all white for the table. It's great that young children are interested in such things especially when they get praised for it.

Fantastic - he is one observant boy! I will have to train my Junior to do the same!!! Ange

That is so cute!
I've always loved setting the table for dinner, doesn't have to be over the top, even just a tiny little vase with a few bits and pieces picked from the garden....
